NEW Scholars Class of 2022

CollegeReady's celebration of our Class of 2023 NEW Scholars graduates is off and running! Last month, CollegeReady staff visited our seniors and delivered yard signs to celebrate their upcoming high school graduation and successful completion of the NEW Scholars program. Our grads also took part in a special signing ceremony at our 'NEW Scholars Take Center Stage!' event, where - with their families - they were welcomed to the stage with cheers and applause, and signed a letter stating their intention to attend their chosen college or university.The celebration will continue into July with #SeniorSpotlight photos and videos going out on all our social media pages! And we can't wait to present them with their scholarship award letters at the Lamp of Knowledge Celebration on July 12.These remarkable students are achieving their goal of becoming the first in their family to pursue a college degree - a goal they set all the way back in middle school - and we could not be more proud of their determination and perseverance!
