Without a doubt, the best part of working at CollegeReady is getting to know the students and families we help. I enjoy hearing their stories, including challenges they have overcome and the impact CollegeReady has made in their life. Talking with our alumni is also satisfying, as they share information about their career and the importance of the support they received from CollegeReady.

Being the first in my family to attend college, I feel I have an appreciation and understanding for what some of our NEW Scholars experience. The college going process can be overwhelming for students and parents alike. However, with a belief in yourself and help from those that have been there, success can be achieved.

On the weekend, I like spending time with family and friends, working on home improvement projects, and maintaining our yard. For me, weekends are also a great time to relax and recharge.

Fall is my favorite time of the year. I enjoy the cooler weather and the changing color of the leaves. I am also a big football fan and fall is the best time to enjoy the Packers, Badgers, and others.
